Favorite BBQ joint

sweetwater cafe in douglasvile was really good but i think they're closed....finchers in macon has the best pork i've ever had....sprayberry's beef is good,if pricey and i love their brunswick stew..

Finchers is pretty darn tastey... next time your there try a hamburger.. Ive been told they grind pork fat in with the meat.. they are insane..

Man I cant recall the name but there is a place on 75 near Perry big signs claiming the best BBQ etc. The portions were small and what I got left me yearning for BBQ. As for the best its hard to find it in a resturant. When I get the hankering I turn Monday into BBQ day and make my own.

Fresh Air in Jackson. If it ain't pork it ain't BBQ.

The latter part of what was said above, with apologies to all who believe otherwise. I like some brisket, but BBQ means pork. That said, ain't it great that we have so much good Q to pick from in Georgia?

Also, Bub-ba-Q (sp?) in Woodstock has some fine ribs.

For a pulled pork sandwich, I'll have to second Amos' in Ball Ground. Never tried anything else up there.

Anybody ever tried Smoke House BBQ in Oakwood? It's in an old house & just looks like they'd have to have good Q!
