Yeah some "Spaghetti" smelled like a burning Christmas tree while other strains of "Spaghetti" was kinda skunky smelling. But we made do with whatever " Spaghetti" we could find.hahahah yeah right...spaghetti..LOL!
Oh hell yeah! The GA State Fair used to hit Macon in the early fall. So back when Whitey could go down there to Central City Park it was nice cool denim jacket weather. Soon as you came through the gate you were hit with the smell of the elephant ears and candied apples. But the best was the sausage with grilled peppers and onions. If I had a food truck I'd have peppers and onions on the grill all day with a big fan blowing that smell out towards the street. But anyway those smells were combined with the smell of sawdust and the live stock exhibits. Now you would think that would make for a nauseating combination but it wasn't.
