Most of the shows you are looking for are now being shown on H2 (271 on Directv).
Lot's of good documentary stuff on the Military channel too.

Military Channel (287 on Direct TV), heck yeah! My TV stays on it almost all the time. I used to watch some of the 'Pawn Stars' crap but got so tired of seeing them telling folks that their items weren't worth crap and the next scene is them snickering and saying just how much money they're gonna make off it, and that they've already got a buyer in line. I realize that pawn shops and such are in the business of making money, as is any business, but seeing these guys repeatedly doing this made me not want to watch these crooks anymore. American Pickers aren't as bad but I've even had to get away from it for the same reasons. What ever happened to 'do unto others as you would have done unto yourself'? I guess most folks think this is old fashioned and out of date. Nowadays it seems it's do unto others and screw 'em good, and screw 'em again on the way out.
