Hope your wife is doing well. Here in the mountains, we call em lightning bugs. Always have, always will. My son is 7 and catches em like crazy and puts them in a jar, so atleast there are a few of us keeping the tradition alive. The wife has been in and out of the hospital since early Feb, Saw the fireflys tonight and realized that I had completely missed spring. When i was a kid we used to catch them and put them in a jar to make a little lantern. Much like doddling I don't believe that kids do that anymore.
Been here 2 weeks plus
