i about **** myself when Jose died. i couldnt believe what i was reading when i read it.

Yeah, Jose was one hell of a fisherman and very entertaining, too.

Was out fishing last night. Bass came swarming in around 8:30 chasing bait fish. I was using a chartreuse wooly bugger with some flash. Stripping it quick and slam!!. Bass o rama. On my 8ft 5wt bamboo fly rod .

I always pulled the heads off until a guy at wildcat creek asked me why.. said just cook with heads on so i do now.
and those look mighty tasty!!
