I found or rescued a blue tick hound pure breed would make a great hunting or family dog. Was wondering if anybody was interested or could give me advice on what to do with it or where I could bring it. (animal shelter is full)

You could ask a vet to scan for a chip in the event the original owner had one placed. I found one many years ago rabbit hunting in south Georgia (before chips). Left my name and number at a local county store. Received a call several weeks later. Owner came and picked up his bird dog near me. Just a thought.
i second ravens edge. check for a chip and go from there, he might have just caught a scent and followed it blindly from his owners home
Here is one of my favorite pictures! And the story behind the dog is I saw its original owner just mistreat the poor thing and had to step in, couldn't stand to see a good dog like this be treated the way it was.
