Freedom munitions

Has anyone ever used freedom munitions before? I placed an order for about 2k rounds of 9mm a couple of full business days ago and my order still states that it is pending. How long does it take before they finally ship the ammo? And after that how long does it usually take to arrive to my doorstep? I just hope that I'm not waiting a month before I get my order in. Please let me know...

You will get some very mixed reviews.

They take their sweet time processing orders/sending them out.

I have never had any problems with the quality of their ammo ,but I know several members who have

I've ordered ammo several times and never had an issue with the ammo. I've had my orders anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks.

I know most businesses have seen an increase in order volume so lead times are going to be a little longer. One of my favorite go tos have went from 1 day processing time to 5.

I still like and will use freedom munitions. You just can't beat it for the money. The processing times can be slow but I would just not worry about it. Usually ships pretty quick. I did have a primer blow out of a .223 case the other day with their stuff. Stopped my rifle! But I've never had a problem with them other wise.

I've ordered several times from xtreme bullets (same people). Sometimes stuff ships right away, sometimes it takes days. It seems to matter whether or not there is a sale or not and whether I order early or late in the sale. my cousins and I ordered 3 days apart during the last big sale. My stuff shipped the next day and his took almost two weeks. I do really like their plated pistol bullets and would wait for months before ordering most other brands. I don't know about their jacketed bullets or loaded ammo though.

I know others have had issues, but I have shot many thousands of rounds of their 9mm and .45 remanufactured without any problems.

Yep, like has been stated, sometimes quick shipping and sometimes not so much.

Love their ammo, though!

I gotta imagine they are pretty busy right now.

I placed an order over the Memorial Day promo and it arrived in about a week/8 days or so.

Typical time from order to delivery in the Atlanta metro (from Idaho) is right at 2 weeks (10 business days).

That's approximately 5 days of transit time on UPS and they kick the order slip around for a week internally.
