I'm greasy, sore, whipped and pissed. I have a 1983 C120 Chevy OU with a 350 and dual tanks. The truck was not getting any fuel. Could squirt some into the carb and it fires right up and runs fine for a min. I removed the fuel line and squirted more fuel in, fired up and no gas flowing out the fuel line. Flipped the switch over to the other tank, still no gas pumping out. So I assumed it was a bad fuel pump (I have no idea how old the one on it was) I installed a new NAPA pump, nothing - same problem as with the old pump. So then I figured it may be an issue with the tank selector valve switch. Since it looked original to the truck I decided to change it and replace all the old rubber lines that connected it to the tanks and pump. Did all that and I still get no fuel flowing to the carb! I'm to old and fat to keep rolling around under this thing and my 15 yr old is busy learning all the new cuss words he recently acquired and isn't much help. Any ideas? Thoughts? Prayers?
