I know of one member that has been banned here multiple times and has a new account. He posts here everyday. Mods have been told, nobody seems to care.

Strange thing is that I remember the thread where he was outed the 2nd time and they banned him on the spot. Now they ignore PMs about him and lock private threads about him (not mine).
