Similar, still allowing "straw sales" to flow into a Latin America country it's just they aren't reporting the guns found at crime sites to push stronger gun control within our borders.

However, don't get caught purchasing a gun for a family member with their money residing in your state who is legal to own the firearm as that is illegal. SCOTUS and the ATF with an updated 4473 says so.

Has anything really changed since that article was published in July?

The question should be why has no media outlet in the U.S. mentioned this (not even Fox) since JULY! It would be interesting the efforts made to allow this to occur......

IIRC: They started making them in Germany because the parent country got stupid. What is it Sweden or Switzerland?
Anyway, issue guns are made in America. I'd be fine with an M11.
