As long as you don't build it or possess the parts to make it, (the sear etc) what would be the worst you'd face? A disapproval letter I'd think, for whatever the reason they come up with. On the other side, if you could find an ffl willing to attempt the transfer to your trust and that started the legal troubles for you and the ffl, when Dean represents you and wins it'll set a great precedent, we'll all have new toys. They'll make a movie like one of the Grisham books. Or they lock everyone up and swallow the keys....
