Yup. Still just an AK. I know the feeling.

It handles perfectly, but it's an overbored 30 cal can on a very short, over gassed 5.45 rifle. I think I'm just falling out of love with shorty AKs.

Honestly my favorite right now is a wasr 10/63 and my sks. A little front heavy but it runs subs well

That's a fancy bullet trap! Have you tried it with 9mm/45 like they advertise? I wonder how well the rubber holds up after many rounds.

Sorry I missed this. No, I haven’t shot anything but .22 and subsonic 5.7 into it. I have a safe direction to shoot but I gotta be quiet in the neighborhood.

It is. Subs are stupid quiet but they (fiocchi 62gr) don’t cycle the mass. V max 40grain are hearing safe at the muzzle, sound like a cap gun or like you threw kiddie poppers. pretty satisfying.
