If a man lives long enough he'll get prostate cancer or at least a benign tumor. If a woman lives long enough she'll get breast cancer, or at least a benign growth. So sayeth the medical know it alls.

The good news is that BPH is treated a lot better than it was 20 or even 10 years ago.

I had a friend that he had some prostate issue(cancer) and the doctors said to him that it needed to be removed, everything, including the prostate. The downside, the doctor told him, is that he probably wouldn't have an erection anymore. And we laughed as he used to joke about it, saying "Well, if the front side becomes useless, I might have to switch to the back one..." - lol
