I'd actually say the FNS9C. Comes with the adapter to run regular 17 round mags from the FNS9.

That being said, it just doesn't feel right not having a G26 laying around somewhere.

Same concept, FN just didn't fit my hand as well as the M&P line

Pretty much my thoughts too, but I went from a 26 to a 17 for EDC. They're the same thickness, which is what really matters when carrying IWB. The 17 actually feels more stable IWB than the 26. I guess that's because of the extra slide length. I have no problem hiding the extra grip length under a plain T-shirt.

I'm not knocking the 26 at all. It's a fine weapon and pretty dang accurate for a subcompact, but I like having 17+1 vs 10+1

Same here about the 26. They are fine guns and some guys really like them, and I understand why.

I carry a G22 very often so I agree the full size frames are manageable when concealed. The 19 is easier for me, though, and I shoot it very well by my standards, which are not the best. LOL

I think the 17 can ride low enough to conceal the front corner with enough cant and the barrel pushes the slide in as well while giving enough grip to grab.
