GM radio programming

Does anyone have the ability to program a GM Bose navigation unit for a 2005 Yukon?

The radio has to be programmed to the VIN with a Tech 2 or similar computer. I can go to the local dealer but I'm dreading the potential cost.

Stopped at my local dealership today, and they gave a flat "no". Not that they couldn't do it. They just didn't feel like it.
