Good or bad deal?

Found a Kel tec PLR-16 in 5.56, used, with some sort of truglo red dot (i think) scope sight thing, and a like back pack sort of sling for $450. It seems to be in good shape, needing only a decent cleaning. I cant afford it right now but its 90 day layaway so Im really thinking about it. Is it a good deal or no? Just wanted to get some imput from y'all as this is one iv never researched.

I dot know if that's a good deal but you can get an AR for not much more. I hate to be the guy to say wait and save up ( I'm an instant gratification type guy) but to go from a keltec non Potok grip plastic gun to a AR that can be set up to fit different needs alot easier I'd wait.

I found em from 440 to 550 online. I would say the price is reasonable based on that.
