The body of the CH is aluminum like any other, but the ambi handles are steel.
Also notice the pins. They aren't standard roll pins. They are solid.

In my Mega Arms forged upper...
It drops right in and seems to fit well with no slop and doesn't have any binding when cycling the bolt. It's easy to grab and operate, but doesn't stick out as far as the extended latch on the CMMG which can get in the way sometimes when carrying slung across the front.

I think you'll like it. As I said, it's a lot easier to operate than a standard handle, but it's not so big that it gets in the way.
