I’ve had my R. Grizzle for nearly 7 years now. Carried everything from a Sig 226 with extra mag, to full size 1911’s with it and never an issue. I wear it everyday. Worth every bit of coin.

And.... they're gone. Bigfoot is seemingly out of business, though I can't tell when or why.

Sucks though-- my 6 year old daily-use Bigfoot Belt is in need of replacement, and I don't know of any others that are nearly as good without double-tripling the price. I bought a "Relentless Tactical" off of Amazon, and it's not nearly as good as the Bigfoot Belt is/was. I'm still using the Bigfoot, but it's showing too much wear to go with a suit.

I can vouch for the Milt Sparks belts as being exceptional (long life, completely suitable), but $160 and 40 week wait. Years ago, their sharkskin belt was a steal at like $120... that thing was every bit as stiff as the Bigfoot... but now it's $300+. Even their regular cowhide one though will work just fine. But what a wait. Their belts are special because they're cut on a curve... so they don't flex and bend like a straight belt will. This makes them surprisingly good at carrying guns, even in narrow width. I don't think anyone would be unhappy with a Sparks belt, any of 'em.

Might have to try the R Grizzle. Anybody else got suggestions? Leather, and not from the low-end leather holster mass producers-- I've never been happy with their belts.

I swear by my Bigfoot gun belt. I had it for many years and the thing is still doing great.

I hate that. Bigfoot brand had serious top quality leather gun belts. I still have a pair of them (black & brown) and love them, along with my High Noon belts. I also have a third Bigfoot that was sent to me by accident. I didn't order it. I contacted the company and they said thanks for being honest and letting them know. They finished the email with "Keep the belt. We will ship another one to the correct purchaser." THAT is some serious customer service. Now I have three Bigfoot belts along with my two High Noon belts. Got to have two of everything, for just such an occasion..... Bigfoot had some serious customer satisfaction morals.
Black ones and brown ones from both High Noon and Bigfoot. Got the wife the same combinations, too.

I would order a leather belt made to measure. Beltman in Alabama (used to be NC) or Armour in Michigan are good. Any of the reputable holster makers will do fine as well.
