Guns you just can't warm up to

Any 1911's.They are so over rated. You buy one for a $1000 and the first thing you do is take all the parts out and invest another $500.00 or more to make it choot.Waste of money and the same with AR's.
Any stock 1000.00 1911 I own ,is uber reliable and will out shoot 99.99% of everything out there. Most people replace parts in 1911's thinking it will make it and them more accurate.Instead of buying parts, they just need more ammo and time behind the platform. IMHO

I've said this for decades. Not just about the 1911 either. Gadgets don't make you good. Practice does.

Glock, Glock...did I say Glock? Every time I get one part of a trade, get excited and then week later, bleh...grip sucks even with back straps. XD big, bulky and ugly. "grip zone" carved into doesn't help either. Best however is old school, classic warrior, the one, the only...CZ 75

Always wanted to like P220 and all its brothers and sisters. They’re gorgeous. Just can’t shoot em for s**t.

Spent over a grand on a 220 elite dark long ago (which I believe was basically the highest end before the legion came out) because it was the sexiest pistol I’d ever seen and I had to have it. Couldn’t hit anything with it. Pick up my Glock 19 and putting holes exactly where I want em all day long. Now I just stick with what I can shoot well. Glock.
