Just wondering if any of you guys had any experience with getting a form 1 signed off on in gwinnett county.
I have heard that Sheriff Butch Conway will sign for things like silencers or SBRs but dont know anyone who has personally done it.

Just get a trust and save yourself sometime.

LOL, or wait till July 13, and you won't need CLEO signoff any more.

What happens July 13? I read somethin about trust rules changing but that was all

Individual Form 4 transfers will no longer require CLEO sign off. There will still need to be notification of CLEO, but the permission aspect of it will be removed.

he will. i took mine to have signed and they called me later that day to say it was ready.
doesn't mean yours will be that quick but he will sign it. BUT i do wish that i went the trust route on it. all my items are in a trust now except that one, only cause i dont wanna pay another 200 dollars
