Harley-Davidson BIKER’s, Are They from Another Planet? lol

Been there. Can't avoid it sometimes. Longest I guess was a one day ride back from a rally in Zanesville, OH back here and I swear it didn't stop raining the entire time.
7 degrees was the worst ride ever
Ok, never been there. Screw that! :nono:

My worst was coming back from Gatlinburg. Went up with a bunch of folks for the weekend swapmeet. Saturday night a cold front came through. Sunday morning we checked out of our rooms and it started misting rain. By the time we got on the road it was a hard sleet. Miserable ride but we had to be in Atlanta that evening. When we stopped at the Dillard House for lunch we were frozen stiff.

When you tell her you're on the way
better not call back with any crap about
it's raining too hard can we do this some
other time? Hello? Hello?? click click click
"Operator, I was axidently disconnected".

Worst ride in Atlanta downpour for me was
in a 1967 Triumph Spitfire at night on I-85 S
destination Shallowford Rd. area. Still can't
believe I made it. Or did I?

when the water is running down the crack of your ass, it dont matter anymore just point it toward the house and hope you make it. Old points bikes had a bad habit of stopping on you,but some wouldnt know points from the condenser

Several years ago I guy I work with took up riding. Let's call him Joe. He was middle aged, and had never ridden before, so he took a class. He purchased a Yamaha and started riding, every day.

The guys at work gave him crap from day one. They all rode Harleys, and gave him you know what for his "Jap crap".

Then one winter morning I pulled into work. It was 34 degrees and sleeting. There was one bike in the parking lot - a Yamaha.

I spent the entire day searching out the Harley boys: "Did you ride your bike today? No, you say? Too cold, you say? Well, Joe rode his."

That was one of my best days at work.

Always look for a bridge or gas station when it started , lol
Came home from pcb hung over in a hurricane once. I tried to get under a bridge but it was to cold and I felt like death so the whole way home my ex kept the water wiped off my glasses. I rarely got under 80 and learned to ride the line cause it was higher and held less water.
