Heart Rate Monitors for Cardio Training

Averaged 174 last night on an up tempo 41 mile/2hr bike ride.

Looking at a wrist mount by Polar.

The Polar units are nice. However, unless you want to put your finger on the unit every time you want a reading you will have to get the chest strap

Polar with a soft chest strap. Good to go.

I had a nice Polar bicycle computer I used to use with a chest strap. It worked great but I got tired of wearing the thing after a year or so.
