Man, I'm so glad you finally got one! I'm seriously reconsidering selling mine. Might pull the ad down tonight.
I dont know of anything my 17 does that is better than the VP. I dont know of anything the VP does better than the 17. I am just more familiar with the 17 as Ive shot Glocks longer. I like the VP I just dont see me trading a gun I shoot as well if not better that is the exact same size for. If I were starting fresh I may choose the VP. Im just heavily invested time and money in the Glock and dont see me spending what it would take to carry the VP. I really like the gun and would recommend it just not going to carry it.
Yeah, something has to go to pay for the VP9. I've also got the MP45 up for sale, so when one of them sells, the other one will likely get pulled. That is if I don't go ahead and pull the PPQ first. I hate to sell either one of those guns.
I'd love to just find one of the LGS here with one in stock. Most rarely ever carry HKs. Sad.
True. I'm thinking that I should wait until I have the VP9 in hand before divesting the PPQ.
The PPQ and the VP9 are so close IMO that I decided not to sell my PPQ. Once I take a loss on the pistol, mags, holster etc it's just not worth it. The VP9 is nice, but it just isn't enough of a difference to justify all the hassle.
