[38 special Smith&Wesson]

Thanks again... but I'm looking to buy a pistol this year... for hunting and target shooting... I'm thinking on going auto... with out breaking the bank on rounds.. I have a 38 special Smith&Wesson. Love it.. it would be great if I could mount a laser under the barrel.. but not... I have seen some 7 inch barrel guns a lot in 22 lr.. some in 9mm. Some in 357 mag.. but to big for my hand... .. a long barrel is a must and top & bottom rail... on a 7inch barrel... is this out there? 22lr, 22 mag, 223, 9mm? Under $300. Or is the 22lr the only choice...?
