Home based FFL/SOT in cobb county

What’s up ODT people. Looking for info on getting my FFL and SOT class 2 type 7. I know how to do it just not sure if my area will allow me. Has anyone gotten their license in cobb? I’ve googled and poked around in other places and can’t seem to find anything if cobb allows this.

I looked into it in west cobb. You need city/county/and HOA if applicable. Seems like it’s no problem for city/state as long as you’re zoned ok but my HOA says no businesses even without customer travel.

Lemme know if you need an employee, I would like to 02/7 for design and experimentation work.
