House to house searches

I was thinking about what would happen in my neighborhood if there was a suspect on the run. If the police knocked on my door telling me they need to search my house for some bad guy, can I say "he's not here and you're not coming in"?

Didn't Joe "VP " say just shoot through the door with your shot gun ??

in this case, it would merely be said that refusal was reasonable suspicion of harboring within the workings of the issue at hand.

Well, if they are "asking" to search your house, then there's your answer......If they don't have to ask, then trust me, they won't!

I would let them in with no warrant only if they agreed to let me and everyone else in the house film them the whole time. If they don't agree then I don't agree. Even if they come back with warrant they will still get filmed, whether they know it or not.

I'm thinking that Under the Patriot Act and because this was Classified a Terrorist Attack that, that right is suspended and they would Come in Anyway. Just Like they confiscated the Firearms during Katrina. National Emercencies and such Your Rights are Nil. You may could complain or File Suit later, But my guess is they are Coming in, if they really want to Warrant or Not.

You could film them without their permission. How would filming them finding your "gun cache" of 6 guns, and "ammo bunker" of 5000 rounds of .22lr hp cop killers help you out?

Totally untrue. Your right are your rights regardless the mayhem caused by nature or a criminal.

I never would have guessed there would be so many people on here willing to ignore those pieces of paper that document our freedoms as Americans. Totally unbelievable.
