Gotcha. Any idea how much they're going for per-round these days?It is nice. Any Yugo ammo is desirable as the projectile is very nice indeed. I've pulled down many hundreds, reserved the power and neck sized the brass (for a rainy day) and reloaded them for my G43.

I may snag a national match rear aperture and front sight...May tighten things up. Easy to switch out.
I like the hooded aperture and the skinny front sight. I think those are fine for Modified Garand matches. Riverbend has that as a category on their scorecard when they do the BIG vintage matches a few times a year. I have seen some rat rod garands and they are pretty cool. If you dig modified. .308 falls into that category as well for CMP matches.Be careful which one you choose, the ones with the inserts are not legal for competition
