Yep, this.
Click the advanced search tab and select completed auctions to see what someone will actually pay. This will also show you all the ads that ask too much and nobody bids on them.

If you just scan the ads you'll only see what people are asking. Most of the higher prices there have been re-posted multiple times and still have no bids on them
