I sold my braced pistol a while back, before all this was even an issue. But oddly enough, I now feel like an a**hole for not keeping it. Solely for the reason that I won’t be able to tell the ATF to kiss my @$$ over it.

I think the rule is that if you remove the brace it has to be made inoperable.

So make a third deal and sell them a firing pin separately, that's what I'm hearing

I think OP needs to answer why he thinks other members are A-Holes simply because they don't want to deal with registering or altering their gun?

Lots of people seem happy to get a free SBR, and lots of others don't want to deal with any of it. So what the hell is wrong with ODT bringing those two people together?
