"lowball offer" is far too subjective to ever be relevant. expecting others to know what your definition is in an ad is asking a lot

I'm just gone breeze right on by the whole rape scene. Anyway, no such thing as lowball offers. There's only offers you're willing to accept and ones your not. If not than any offer even a dollar less than asking price that you don't accept is now a lowball. I think it would be better just to say firm on price no offers.
