How old to sell a gun in GA.

I was at a gunshow today and saw some young people selling a gun. Is their a minimum age to sell a gun? It was a rifle and I looked online and couldnt find anything about an age. This is in Ga.

I WOULDNT BUY LONG GUN FROM ANYONE UNDER 18 AND HANDGUN FROM ANYONE UNDER 21. U WONT HAVE PROBLEMS DOWN THE ROAD.

You know whenever I read these questions pertaining to gun laws I always check the OPs feedback and I have yet to be disappointed. No I wouldn't buy a gun from anyone under 18 because I am pretty sure they didn't come by it legally and it is not theirs to sell. Yes, daddy may have bought it for them but if that is the case then daddy needs to sell it for them.

What do you mean about my feedback? I checked the Ga law and their is nothing about a minimum age to sell. Their is also no minimum age to posses a gun. So if a minor can LEGALLY posses a gun, they should LEGALLY be able to sell it.

what is feedback on here? I havent really posted much on here.

Their is no GA law and Federal law about selling guns. It only says you have to legally be able to posses it. Their is nothing about a minimum age to sell. Their is also no minimum age to posses a gun. So if a minor can LEGALLY posses a gun, they should LEGALLY be able to sell it.

Also, according to 18 U.S.C. § 922(b)(1), (c)(1); Federal law provides no age limitations with respect to the sale of a long gun or long gun ammunition by an unlicensed person.

Is possession the same thing as ownership? My 9yo daughter "has" a 10-22. She says it's hers, I say it's hers, but legally I'm pretty sure I actually own it.

Im 18 but, after seeing those minors selling their guns, it got me thinkin on if my buddy (17) could sell his gun today too.

I guess i did answer my own question! HAHA.
