How to get a bullet stuck in barrel out?

I went shooting my new EAA witness 9mm earlier to day,I grabbed some winchester white box and headed out.
I did not get through a full mag and this happened. I could not figure out what happened at first but Im just glad it got stuck so close it would not feed another round and blow up in my hand! Any ways i found the shell casing and it had clumped up powder in it. So my question is how do i get this sucker out?

This^^^^^....dont use a damn drill bit....It will come out easier than you think.

Wood dowel. Hammer it out to thE breech. No harm done. Glad you didn't fire another round. It's called a "squib". Happens once in a while with us .22 shooters. Watch your target folks! Haha

Me too. i have stopped buying it due to having almost an entire box cause issues in my G19.
