If I lived near I-285, I would try to figure out how to move somewhere else. I wouldn't live in metro Atlanta though. People complain about living there all the time, even when it's their choice to remain.

If I were younger and didn't need to be close to good medical attention, I would definitely live farther out. Also we take care of both sets of parents

Unfortunately, many don't follow that instructional video, and tend to try to merge into 70 mph traffic at 30 miles an hour.... Drives me crazy.......
