Watch out the way the safety works. I think there were 3 different varieties?

On some of them, you can cock the hammer back, set the safety lever, then squeeze the trigger. The gun will not fire but the hammer will move forward a bit. But if you release the safety lever at this point the GUN WILL FIRE!!! You have to pull the hammer back to full cock position before releasing the safety lever.

Don't shoot Tokarev ammo in this gun! 7.63 Mauser ONLY!

Congrats! Fun guns. I've sold two on ODT, a full-sized one that I had the barrel re-lined for 9MM, and a smaller "bolo" that I never did much with.

Be careful when you disassemble it. They can be a real PITA to get back together!
