I prefer the good old fashioned spring trap baited with peanut butter. Put it in a shallow plastic pan just in case.

Moving on thenI got the report. SOOOOO much stuff is wrong with the house. The previous owner cut through floor joists to install vent pipes. Most of the electrical outlets either don't work or are reversed polarity. These are just two things my inspector found. There are about 25 others.
