That's really cool. I'd like to jump on a type 38 or 99 but jap ammo availability is an issue. You'd think there would be a little more commercial ammo considering how many of the rifles are actually floating around

Yeah its out there but pricy. I hand load for all the milsurp I own that way I can actually shoot my milsurp.

the bring back papers do add some interest for collectors, at lest is makes it more storied then most imports
