Oops, who drained the lake?
I almost did this with a kayak while I was in it. I had tied off to an abandoned dock to float live bait in the outgoing tide current. About an hour later I noticed the yak was getting very unstable in a strong current. Turns out the water had dropped so much the stern had been almost completely lifted out of the water. Had to cut the rope.
