Check your springs.
Measure the extractor tension less than 3 lbs. may be and issue as is the chip on the extractor face.
Measure or simply (perhaps tough for a uncommon gun) replace the recoil spring.
Replace magazine spring or swap out magazines that have good springs (common problem)
Also is the case still in the chamber when it fails or do you find it with the slide back pushing on the case upon the chamber area-which could mean your ejector is not ejecting correctly.
