Combat Crocs, part of the new inclusive dress code - totally legit
Saw worse at a restaurant in Warner Robins the other day. Beards, uniforms that weren't uniform, unfit, slovenly, etc. Wouldn't have flown (pun intended) when I was i was in the Air Force and definitely not in my time in the Army before that.
Let me add it was a mix of enlisted, NCO and junior officers.
