It's an HK p30 threaded barrel and its suppose to be 1/2x28! I knew it looked different because all my 1/2x28 is threaded all the way and this one isn't. I'll know in about an hour! I'll report back!

Ok I couldn't wait any longer so first things first. I went down to compare with my stormlake 1/2x28. I used the stormlake thread protector to see if it fits on and it sure does! I was baffled so I went ahead and got my suppressor out which is 1/2x28 and screw on the barrel to it and surely it does fit!! So it's 1/2x28 threading.

From my experience, it look awfully like m13.5x1, am I not correct? Everyone in this thread thought it was metric too... I wonder why they threaded like this? Wouldn't more thread meat mean more stable?

Yeah I've seen the gap in the back, I think all threads are like that but gap in the front on 1/2x28?
