In need of a Veteran's opinion

Also I think it looks good and find no offense as veteran, American, or otherwise. Not sure where the concern is. As others alluded to, you might not want to cover a star but if you do most people wouldn't notice or would pretend it's their least favorite state(s).
 
Your management is overly sensitive. A t-shirt like this one is no different that the Spartan, Punisher, Nine Line, etc. flag t-shirts that are target marketed to veterans by Grunt Style and other tacticool vendors.

The flag should never have placed on it,or attached to it, any mark, insignia, letter, word, number, figure or drawing of any kind. This being said, is this a shirt or a flag ? When it becomes faded and tattered, will it be thrown in the trash or retired ? I don't wear flag shirts, pants or shoes. But this is my opinion. Carry on.
