You have a 2016 Colt lower, maybe a late 2015. Just from what I know about the LE serial numbers.

I've never seen a Colt that didn't have a lettered prefix. LBD, CR, SP, etc.

The LE M4 Carbine lowers are some of the most popular and most manufactured by Colt.

The early ones ( w/o data scan) usually bring a premium. These later ones still are more desirable then the current CR serial number but I haven't seen a quality difference, though it's a small sample size.

Colt complete Lowers usually bring $400 and up. Though the AR market has tanked currently.

This is very helpful I appreciate you letting me know thanks.

Also it does not have the restricted marks on the other side of the lower is there a reason for that?

The restricted roll marks come from the '94 AWB which expired in '04, though Colt continued to manufacture with Rolls marks until 2010. But I believe that was just using stock up.

I like those too. Lol
