This is the Пистолет Бесшумный ("Pistolet Besshumnyy") 6P9, an integrally suppressed Makarov pistol made by Izhevsk. Sure would be a really cool one to own. Anyone know if they are even importable / imported into the US? @Jeddak hook me up!
