I've been thinking of a Hobbit house with a few layers of chickenwire spaced completely over/around. Either tunnel into a hillside or dig just below ground level and build your own hill above the finished structure. Either way, maximizing the earth shielding and insulation as well as concealing the home within a terrain feature. This also allows you to be as ambitious and sprawling as you want, depending on your budget. Personally I might be able to house a six pack but I'd love a complete underground complex including water cistern, extensive root cellar and battery farm as well as spacious and comfortable living quarters, armory and food processing area.

Don't they already do this in certain places in Australia? I think I saw something on this at some point. I want to say it is in a desert area of Australia. It certainly seemed cool (pun intended).

Maybe I need to watch more TV. That looks pretty good. Anyone here watch it? Walking Dead is the only thing I watch consistently, which is odd given the number of TVs I have in my house.
