Is hunting as popular as it once was?

This year was my first year ever game hunting outside of a few squirrel hunts when i was a kid and im hooked!
Ive noticed that it really depends on if you are raised up hunting. My dad is a car guy and machinist by trade so i spent my childhood in a machine shop building engines and working on cars. I have friends that all theyve ever done is hunt and manage land So id say it really is a craft that has to be passed down. Fortunately my Father in-law and brother in-law were welcoming to let me tag along this year with them and got me in their club for next season.
