Is this Ammo safe to shoot?

I received this .38 Ammo when I got my grandad's old Trooper. Would this be considered safe? Only 45-50 rounds. Some rounds are crimped 2-3 times in different spots.

Clearly reloads and not good ones. Not worth the risk. I have a coffee can of rejects on my bench clearly marked do not shoot. These may have came from a similar but unmarked source.

I'd probably save tjem since he might have reloaded them. Sentimental like that. .38 ammo is cheap and plentiful and easy to load your own.

I have some from the same time frame with the same markings and we shoot the hell out of them. Only have 100 rounds left so I have put them up to show my grand kids but NEVER had one issue with them.
