Item Description: I know this isn't the right place but maybe the best place for a quick response.i just want to know why 90% of people on here shy away from 40 cal,I own several 40's and I think it's a great round and more cost effective then a 45 acp and there's tons of people wanting the 45.just wanted to know y'all's thoughts,thanks

I would love to give 40s a shot again. I think just not in an xd. The g22 and 23 were not bad to shoot. I have yet to try a steel frame .40.

The 9mm mak is the go between .380 and 9x19.. Why can't the .40 have a turn to shine?

I've shot a Shield in 40 I don't think its that bad...... BUT I will be the first to agree It is not a back up sized weapon round. In a small framed pistol it can be a handful (snappy HAHA) and make it more difficult to come onto target for the second shot.
