It's that time of year again. DR Cool is looking to hire an intern.

Here is the annual opportunity for a young man to earn good money learning a valuable trade.

In this role you will:

Keep truck and tools organized and clean
Communicate with customers
Assist with repairs and installs
Operate as a general go-fer
Additional duties as assigned.

You will learn:

Basic operation of a small business
How air conditioners operate
Basic diagnostic procedures of HVAC systems and troubleshooting
Installation of new components
Replacement of damaged parts

The successful candidate will:

Possess interpersonal skills
Be at least 18 years old
Wash self daily and use deoderant
Have his own reliable transportation
Respond to coaching
Be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs
Put his phone down

Thanks for the info. I'm only running a 20' CC, but I'll run out 12-14 in 1' or less... usually keep it inside of 5-6 m in 2-3' seas. I've got all the public points loaded on my Simrad and a few private spots too. Trolling corridor is typically where I run and hook into several good Kings. Would love to come across a Cobia or two. What's the best tactic for them?

In a 20' boat you can anchor in a rip current and chunk for cobia. You can strap a ladder to your boat and sight fish for them using eels as bait.
