Hoping for some knowledge from the Jeep people, before I get elbow deep an angry in the Jeep if this dosen't fit. I have a 1995 Jeep YJ 2.5L. Was given a new in the box New Tech alternator that had been purchased from Summit (model N7294-9H0). Looking it up on the Summit website it has the alternator fitting 87-90 2.5L Wrangler. Were there any changes made between 87-90 and 90-95 YJ Wranglers that would stop this fitting?
