It appears, in Georgia, that when land is sold and cleared, you see houses, apartments or solar panels. The rich keep getting richer.

So you seen them too huh..What y’all need is more warehouses…. Stop selling all this land for dang subdivisions and make way for my million+ square foot beheamoths.

All these folks gotta work somewhereMine are all full. They rent before we can get them built. All part of bringing manufacturing and industrial back home to the states.
pale skins are going to be a minority in this state within 5yrs. Letting the movie industry in here was a massive mistake of the citizensDefine Minority…. Is that where there are fewer of one race than another? Like in Douglasville? Last I heard was 61% minority now….
It’s for the walkers….sidewalks go in first., then the buses, then the crime.
I just moved out of Atlanta to get away from the overcrowding and overdevelopment. Newnan is growing and Coweta County wants a portion of Chatt Hills for "green space." Nope. If you've driven the area you'll see that subdivisions are going up everywhere and decimating the green spaces that were once there. Cities and counties want the revenue and taxes will continue to rise. I'm not sure if Heard County is far behind. Many of the folks I talk to on the subject have or are looking in Alabama. There never seems to be enough development for the greedy hands of government and rich real estate investors. They don't care about us at all. It is all about the benjamins.
